All tickets purchased online will be despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48® post.  

The delivery charge per order is £4.20.

Delivery (UK Only)

Delivery is available to any address within the UK, including the Channel Islands.  However, this service does not include BFPO and PO Box addresses. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days from the order date for your tickets to arrive.  Don’t forget, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

To ensure your order arrives safely it will need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address.

Tickets

Once your tickets have arrived you can use them at your convenience on any day, on any crossing and in any direction.  You must have your tickets with you when you travel otherwise you will be charged the standard onboard fare.

The following are carried FREE of charge:

• Children under 5 years of age

• Pedal cycles

• Guide dogs

• Domestic pets and animals
